Covid-19 Operational Statement

We are continuing to overcome the many challenges that Coronavirus is throwing at us and thankfully things are now beginning to return to a more normal scenario, albeit a new normal. 

The four point plan we set out at the start of the pandemic has been successfully executed and as we progress with this strategy and continued investment, we are able to manage the risk to our business and maintain our new control measures.

Our priority continues to be the safety and wellbeing of team members, as well as continuing to deliver an exceptional level of service and support. To this end, we are pleased to advise that we have successfully protected our company unit while improving our service performance.  

And whilst we’re not forgetting the many people personally affected by COVID, it’s now time to help our customers and the wider industry to re-open or ramp up production once again.

We take this opportunity to remind you of the developments we have made over the last 16 months; with our industry leading remote witness of testing and our popular virtual lab tours. These are just a couple things we have implemented to help customers navigate through the current restrictions with us.

To continue operating throughout at full capacity is testament to the whole team at Special Testing limited and our gratitude goes to everyone of them.
